Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and subscription-related billing are handled for Shiner digital services and paid plans.

Paid digital plans and subscription-based access are generally treated as digital services. Please read the full policy before purchasing.

1. Basic Plan

The Basic plan is free and does not involve any payment.

2. Paid Plans

Pro and Advance plans are paid digital service subscriptions. After successful activation, plan benefits become available inside the dashboard according to the selected package.

3. Refund Policy

Since Shiner provides digital audit access, reports, tools, recommendations and platform-based services, payments made for activated digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may choose not to continue with future renewals. Cancellation of future billing does not automatically create a refund for the already activated billing cycle.

5. Duplicate Payments

In case of a verified duplicate transaction or payment error, the customer may contact support with payment details for review.
